What We Do

Spine and musculoskeletal care revolves around the concept of improving your

body's mobility, alleviating discomfort, and maximizing your quality of life.

Our practice focuses on achieving these goals with aggressive non-surgical treatment.

THERAPEUTICS

PHYSICAL THERAPY

The foundation of spine and musculoskeletal care is the rehabilitation program, designed to restore and improve function, along with quality of life. This is accomplished through modalities, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education. Implementation of  a proper individualized rehabilitation program allows the patient to progress from acute pain, to full range of motion, proper biomechanics, improved strength, and restoration of function. The ultimate goal is prevention of re-injury. Throughout this process, patient education is the key to success.

SPINE TREATMENTS

  • Epidural Injections

  • Facet Injections

  • Medial Branch Blocks

  • Radiofrequency Ablation

  • Sacroiliac Joint Injections

  • Trigger Point Injections

SPINE TREATMENTS

INTERVENTIONAL SPINE CARE

Interventional spine procedures should not be viewed as a cure for the underlying condition,

but rather a stepping stone in the overall treatment process.

When pain and discomfort become a barrier to normal activity and inhibit function,

these treatments can serve to help control pain and inflammation.

Once this can be achieved, the patient may progress through a proper rehabilitation and prevention

program which is the foundation of long term spine care.

Interventional spine procedures are performed in a dedicated procedure room with image guidance,

using fluoroscopy (low-dose X-Ray), to ensure proper target identification
and placement of the needle in a precise and safe location.

All procedures are Out-Patient procedures, the patient goes home the same day.
